Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays) using the Standard Shipping method are processed within 1–2 business days, once payment authorization and verification have been successfully completed.
Customized items require additional care and will be processed and shipped within a minimum of 5–7 business days. In cases of special personalization requests, processing may take a little longer.
Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
In the event of any unexpected delay, our team will promptly notify you via email or phone.

International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Kindly note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. Customs-related delays are outside our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Order Tracking
